The first project is a Texture Study. The composition with real textures was created while I was blind folded--it was to be texturally interesting over visually. Then the other image is my rendering of the textures using black marker only. Talk about a challenge! But it paid off: I got an A!
The second project used linear solids [forms] to convey emotion. My emotion was Transformation, which I think is often overlooked but so essential to who we are. This project was not as time consuming as others and it actually looks really great! I love it! This one got me an A-. I'm trying to forget that stinkin' minus sign!
